Order Processing & Shipping Information

At Aetheris, every order is prepared with care and delivered with reliability. Here’s what to expect:

🕒 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment.

  • Each item is inspected, securely packaged, and prepared to meet our quality standards.

🚚 Shipping Estimates

United States

  • Carriers: USPS or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days after dispatch

International

  • Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days, depending on destination and local customs

⚠️ Note: Delays may occur due to customs inspections, peak seasons, weather, or global shipping disruptions.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • You can also check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

Email aetheris@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase using one of these subject lines:

  • “CANCEL MY ORDER”

  • “ADDRESS CHANGE”

⚠️ Once an order has shipped, changes aren’t possible.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers typically attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If delivery fails, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery may require additional shipping fees.

💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Please email aetheris@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
    We’ll send a replacement at no charge as quickly as possible.
